Yurt homes are portable circular wooden/canvas structures that have been existent in our society for over 2500 years. Earlier Mongolian nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes used to make extensive use of Yurt Homes also referred to as a "GER". Yurt homes also date back to its use by the tribal population in Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, including certain parts of India.
Yurts are tent/dome shaped accommodation which can be easily shifted from one destination to the other. Yurt homes have existed within the ancient tribal society since thousands of years now. The most striking feature of a yurt house is that it in spite of being portable it provides ample space, comfort, and protection in even the harshest climatic conditions.
